Let’s Help Our Neighbors!

Last night in Bellevue, dozens of people were displaced from their homes after an apartment complex went up in flames. Luckily, no one was injured but there are lots of people now without a home. Many families are being assisted by the American Red Cross of Nashville Area but there is also a GoFundMe page set up by Councilwoman Sharon Weiner. A shelter at the Bellevue Church of Christ which is where five people are staying. The shelter will remain open until all residents can find a safe place to temporarily stay. To access the GoFundMe page, click here.

There has been a drop off location for donations has been set up at Tailgate Beer in Nashville. The address is 7300 Charlotte Pike.

Donations needed:

1. Clothing of all sizes, especially winter clothing

2. Toiletries

3. Household items
